相模國中十三神

Shiga

Located in the city of Nagahama, Ishikawa Prefecture is not accurate, however it is assumed to be near the Shiga prefecture area as a similar name exists there but not as well known ,相模國中十三神 Shrine honors the thirteen gods of the Tosa region. The shrine's architecture reflects the Heian period style, with a distinctive roof and a large torii gate. The site is believed to have been used for rituals since ancient times, and it is one of the few remaining shrines in Japan that still retains its original Heian-era structure.
