Located in the eastern part of Chiba Prefecture, Tenzu Jinsha is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the worship of Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess and one of Japan's most revered deities. The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese design elements, with a main hall called the hondo and a larger hall called the byodo-in. While its origins are unclear, the shrine is believed to have been established during the Nara period (710-794 CE).
