別院八幡神社

Located in the heart of Tokushima Prefecture, 別院八幡神社 (Matsuyama Bay Shrine) is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami of fertility and prosperity. Built in 1561 during the Sengoku period, the shrine's architecture reflects its origins as a sea god shrine for the local fishing community.
