Disruptor Shrine, also known as Hiyoshi Shrine in Tokushima Prefecture, was originally a Buddhist temple founded by Shogo Taiji (a descendant of the Japanese Emperor), but it later switched to Shintoism in the 8th century. Disruptor is revered for its ability to ward off evil spirits and misfortune.
