The Eight-Horned Shrine in Ishikawa Prefecture is dedicated to the Shinto god Susanoo, known as Hachiman in Japanese mythology. Founded during the Heian period, the shrine is famous for its unique architecture featuring eight conical roofs, said to represent the horns of the god.
