Oman Inari-jinja Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Eniwa, Chiba Prefecture, and is famous for its stunning autumn foliage. Dedicated to Inari Okami, the Shinto god of rice, industry, and fertility, this shrine has been a significant cultural center since its founding in 1637. The shrine's unique architectural style features a large torii gate made from cypress wood and a beautifully landscaped garden with a large maple tree that attracts visitors during the autumn season.

Cultural notes
As an Inari shrine, Oman Inari-jinja Shrine is known for its thousands of fox dolls, called kitsune, that are hung from the shrine's gates. These kitsune are believed to have been introduced by a famous fox spirit who lived at the shrine in the past and were said to bring good luck and prosperity.
