Inari Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in Hitachi, Ibaraki Prefecture, and is one of the most famous and sacred shrines dedicated to Inari Okami, the kami of rice, fertility, and prosperity. The shrine is renowned for its vermilion torii gates, numerous fox statues (known as kitsune), and intricate wooden carvings. Visitors often offer prayers and make offerings at the shrine's many altars, which are said to be filled with sacred ema tokens bearing the names of those who have made requests.
