Hiroguri Shrine

Located in the town of Kanazawa, Hiroguri Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami of broad beans and good fortune. The shrine's architecture reflects the Heian period style, with a single-story main hall and a vermilion torii gate. According to local legend, the shrine was founded by the local daimyo (feudal lord) who believed that the shrine's patron deity would bring prosperity to his domain.
