日吉神社

Located in the heart of Lake Biwa's scenic coastline, Dayotsu Shrine is one of the oldest shrines on the northern shore of Japan's largest lake. Dedicated to the kami Tamayura no Kami and Hata-fu-tsumori no Kami, this Shiga Prefecture shrine dates back to 675 AD and features a traditional Japanese-style gate, known as torii gates. Visitors can admire beautiful lake views from various spots around the shrine.
