津島神社

Shizuoka

Located on the island of Izu Oshima, Tsu Island Shrine is dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu. The shrine's architecture reflects the traditional style of Shuzenji-style temples, with a distinctive curved roof and wooden structures. Visitors can walk through the shrine grounds, offering prayers and making wishes at the many shrines and torii gates along the way.
