Dragon Shrine, located in the town of Iwata in Shizuoka Prefecture, is dedicated to the god Ryujin, a dragon deity revered for its power and benevolence. Built in 1767 during the Edo period, the shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese styles, with a distinctive five-story pagoda and a large vermilion torii gate.
