諏訪神社

Gifu

Temple of Inari, dedicated to the Shinto deity Inari Okami, patron of agriculture and fertility, is located in the heart of Takayama city, Gifu Prefecture. The shrine complex features a large torii gate and numerous vermilion torii gates, known as 'fushimi-inari', which symbolize the connection between heaven and earth. Visitors can walk through the tunnel of thousands of torii gates and pray for good fortune and prosperity.
