市川神社

Shiga

City Kawa Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of rivers, located in Omi-Inataoka, Shiga Prefecture. The shrine was originally built at the confluence of the Hiyoro and Katsura Rivers but has been rebuilt at its current location. In the Edo period, it became famous for its beautiful cherry blossom trees, which attract visitors from all over Japan.
