文化的背景

Mitsumine-jinja Shrine is enshrined with the kami of Ryujin, the Dragon God, as well as several other deities associated with fertility and prosperity. The shrine hosts an annual New Year (Oshogatsu) festival in January, which features traditional games and activities for visitors of all ages.

歴史

It was relocated from what is now Gunma prefecture in the late Edo period to Saitama due to urban development.
