Located in a nature-rich coastal area
The property sits along the coast within Okinawa Kaigan Quasi-National Park, so insects (mosquitoes, ants, spiders) and small animals like geckos may enter the building. Guests who are uncomfortable with insects are advised not to book.
Limited water supply
The property uses a sustainable reverse osmosis seawater desalination system with a daily limit on water use. Please fill the bathtub no more than once per day, and use water carefully.
No kitchen; container house structure
The room has no kitchen facilities, only a small refrigerator, microwave, and water heater. The building is a container house. Please bring your own toothbrush set.
Overview
An ocean-facing room with a second-floor bathtub, part of a hideaway limited to just 3 groups per day, set along the Haneji Inland Sea in northern Okinawa. Large windows offer sweeping views that change throughout the day — sunrise in the morning and a star-filled sky at night. Convenient access to popular sights such as the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin Castle Ruins (a World Heritage site), and Kouri Island.
