Checkout time and late departure fees
Checkout is at 10:00. Staying past checkout incurs charges: 30,000 yen for departure between 10:01–11:00, 50,000 yen for 11:01–12:00, and the full nightly rate for departure after 12:01.
No smoking policy
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco) is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms and on the rooftop. A designated outdoor smoking area is located behind the building near the outdoor trash area.

Located in nature-rich Yomitan Village, about a 1-hour drive from Naha Airport, the area is surrounded by beaches and sightseeing spots and is a convenient base for touring Okinawa's main island. The rooftop features an infinity pool and jacuzzi, with BBQ available poolside. The infinity pool has a clear acrylic side, giving guests the sensation of floating between sea and sky. Enjoy the blue sea and sky by day, sunset over the Pacific in the evening, and fantastic lighting at night. The property accommodates up to 17 guests, suiting both small relaxed groups and larger lively parties. Enjoy a special time blending extraordinary living with the relaxed, at-home feeling of your own house.
