Laffitte Tokyo is an apartment-style accommodation in Higashinakano, Nakano City, a 5-minute walk from Higashinakano Station and a 3-minute walk from Ochiai Station. Rooms are spacious 25–35 sqm studios with a kitchen, and the building is a 5-story reinforced concrete structure (no elevator). Room types include the Junior Family Suite (35 sqm, 1F) with a loft, standard Studios (25 sqm, 2F–4F), and the Loft Suite (35 sqm, 5F). Shinjuku is just two stops away on the Chuo/Sobu Line, with easy transfers to Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. Each room has a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and tableware, air conditioning, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and an Amazon Fire TV Stick (your own streaming accounts required). The surrounding area is a quiet, safe residential neighborhood with supermarkets and convenience stores near the station — suitable for families, groups of friends, weekend trips, and business stays. Note that this is a stay-type facility where guests do their own cleaning and laundry; housekeeping is performed only after check-out (long stays can be discussed).
