Know before you stay

The three things overseas guests usually ask us.

Consecutive-night housekeeping is by request

For consecutive nights, hang the blue magnet (room cleaning) on the corridor side of your door by 10:00 a.m. that day; hang the grey magnet if you only want towels exchanged. If neither magnet is displayed, no cleaning or towel exchange takes place.

Cleaning at least every third day

For hygiene management, rooms are cleaned once every three days even if no cleaning has been requested, as part of the hotel's SDGs initiative.

Calls with hidden caller ID are blocked

The hotel line (043-205-4980) does not accept calls from withheld numbers; disable caller ID blocking before dialling.

Overview

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Chiba-Chuo stands directly in front of Keisei Chiba-Chuo Station, about a 1-minute walk from the station's east exit, and is also close to Yoshikawa-koen Station on the Chiba Urban Monorail and about an 8-minute walk from the east exit of JR Chiba Station — three rail options in all. With easy access to central Tokyo, Makuhari and Narita Airport, it makes a convenient base for both business and sightseeing. Rooms center on standard double rooms of 21 sq m or more, with variations such as rooms with massage chairs, fully wood-floored rooms and ladies' rooms with dedicated amenities; one child of elementary school age or younger may share a bed with an adult free of charge. Every guest room (except universal rooms) has a semi-separate bath and toilet with an overhead shower, and wide desks with bright desk lamps suit working in the room. Breakfast is served at ACQUA E SOLE, the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, as a Japanese-Western buffet using plenty of Chiba-grown produce and ingredients imported from Italy.
