CVS Bay Hotel Main Building & Bay Tower stands directly in front of Ichikawa-Shiohama Station on the JR Keiyo Line, just two stops from Maihama Station. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor. The Main Building has 78 rooms (36 single, 30 twin, 12 triple) and the Bay Tower has 107 rooms (42 single, 63 twin, 2 triple), with a maximum capacity of 444 guests. A separate Annex building offers 71 rooms, including large-group rooms and a women-only unit floor.
