COZY INN Tokyo Sakura Town is a three-story guesthouse with eight rooms in Sakurashinmachi, Setagaya, about a five-minute walk from Sakura-shinmachi Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. The ground floor holds a shared living room and kitchen for guests only, plus a shared bath with tub, a shower room, a separate toilet, a washbasin, and a washing machine and dryer. Private lockable rooms are on the second and third floors, reached by stairs (there is no elevator). The kitchen is stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, a household refrigerator, and a microwave, so guests can cook their own meals — the rooms suit short stays as well as medium- to long-term stays. Free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and non-smoking rooms are standard. Shibuya Station is roughly 10 minutes away by train, and restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets surround the property. Sakurashinmachi is known as the town of Sazae-san, and its cherry tree-lined streets are a highlight in blossom season.
