Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
House rules
Only registered guests may enter the property; loud talking or noise at night (including music, karaoke, or parties) is not permitted; security cameras are installed at the entrances/outdoor areas. The reservation representative must be an adult guest (20 years or older) staying that day, and ID verification is required at booking.
BBQ grill option
BBQ grill rental is available with advance reservation; guests must prepare their own charcoal, fire starter, and food (a supermarket and 100-yen shop are about 2 minutes away by car). In bad weather (strong wind or rain), an electric BBQ plate will be provided instead. Grill use is permitted until 9:00 PM.
Overview
Beachside House Sea of Toya is a whole-house vacation rental on the west coast of Yomitan, Okinawa, right beside a natural beach. It's a two-story American-style house with a spacious 30-tatami-mat living/kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms, and a terrace, popular with families and groups. Guests can enjoy the private-feeling beach just steps from the terrace, watch the sunset over the East China Sea, and access marine activities like whale shark viewing at the nearby Toya Fishing Port (1-2 minutes on foot). Naha Airport is about 1 hour by car, and American Village in Chatan is about 25 minutes away.
