Guest House TOKYO Nakano is a monthly-stay share house in Yayoicho, Nakano City, just three minutes' walk from Nakano-shimbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (three stops from Shinjuku). The recently renovated rooms are bright and clean, and all are dormitory-style with partitions between beds for privacy, plus generous shared living space that also suits groups. Rates are 36,000 yen per month for a small bed and 39,000 yen per month for a large bed, with a 30,000 yen deposit (25,000 yen refunded on move-out). A "restart your life" campaign offers the first month (30 days) for 30,000 yen, for first-time guests only, with extensions charged at the regular rate and no combining with other campaigns. Residency is limited to guests up to their 40s; minors require a guardian's consent form, and there is no nationality restriction. Remote viewings by Zoom and similar tools are available. Supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, a public bathhouse, a coin laundry and plenty of restaurants are all within walking distance.

Three stops from Shinjuku Station. Take a train bound for Honancho; if you board an Ogikubo-bound train, transfer to a Honancho-bound train at Nakano-sakaue Station. Also a 5-minute walk from the Keio Bus "Nakano Shako" stop, with connections to Nakano, Shinjuku, Shibuya and Sasazuka. From JR Nakano Station south exit, bus stop 1, take a bus bound for Shinjuku Station west exit or Shibuya; buses run every 5 minutes and reach Nakano Shako in 10 minutes.
