Located in the heart of Akita City, Dayutsu-jinsha is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of the sun and agriculture, Dayutsu-jin. Visitor tip

Cultural notes
The shrine is connected to the mythology of the god Dayutsu-jin, who was believed to have protected the region from natural disasters.
