Ishikawa Shrine, located in the town of Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of ice and water, Hie no Wakamatsu kami, but more notably to Shio Hie, also known as Shio Ise no Kami. Shio Ise no Kami is the kami of Ice and Water. The shrine was originally built in 1897 for the Tokorozawa town's patron deity. In recent years, it has expanded its worship to include Shio Hie. Visitors often pray for blessings related to ice and water.
