Located in the city of Saitama, in the prefecture of Chiba, Koono Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Koono no Okami, the god of rice and fertility. The shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture. Visitors can admire the main hall's wooden structure and the beautiful vermilion paint job, which has been preserved since the 17th century.
