Located in the heart of Osaka, the Ōnami Jingū Shrine is dedicated to the Shitennō-ji, a legendary temple said to have been founded by Prince Shotoku in 593 CE. The shrine's primary kami is Taika no Okami, also known as Taira no Okami, but it also enshrines other important deities like Kannon, Fujin, and Raijin. Visitors can explore the shrine's traditional architecture, which reflects its Heian period origins.
