Located in the city of Iwata, Shizuoka Prefecture, 鹿嶋神社 is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of fertility and prosperity. The shrine's main hall, called the Haiden, was built in 1638 during the Edo period. Its distinctive architecture features a curved roof and sliding doors made from Japanese cypress wood. Visitors can experience the serene atmosphere of the shrine's gardens, which include a beautiful pond with a statue of the shrine's primary deity, Inari Okami.
