Located in the beautiful city of Makuhari, Chiba Prefecture is not actually associated with this Shrine, but it's possible that you are referring to Ise Grand Shrine or possibly Matsue Grand Shrine, however after researching we found that this shrine in Shizuoka is called Sawai Shrine and is enshrined with the kami of Hachiman-gami. ,Hiedaka-tsumi Hachimangu, and Iizumi-no-Okami as well as Ise Hachimangu Kami. The shrine's architecture reflects Heian period influences, while its location suggests a connection to the Japanese coastal regions.
