Located in the city of Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, Taikūshōtoku-ji is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deities of navigation and shipbuilding. The shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture, with a main hall built during the Heian period (794-1185).
