Tenshukaku-ji, also known as Ōtani Shrine, is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Kozu, Shiga Prefecture. The shrine is dedicated to the spirit of Mt. Atago, one of Japan's three sacred mountains. It is believed that the kami (spirits) of Mt. Atago reside within the shrine's grounds. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of Lake Biwa and the surrounding landscape from the shrine's observation deck.
