太田神社 拝殿

Located in the heart of Sapporo, Hokkaido, Taiyoda-jinja is a historic Shinto shrine dedicated to the worship of Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess. The shrine's main hall, known as the honden, was rebuilt in 1872 and features a distinctive red tile roof. Visitors can explore the adjacent forest temple, where they may catch a glimpse of local wildlife. The shrine is also famous for its beautiful cherry blossom trees, which bloom each spring.
