Located in the town of Agematsu, Niigata Prefecture, Tonobayashi Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Inari Okami, the god of rice and industry. The shrine is famous for its vibrant vermilion torii gate and its association with the mythological figure of Izumo Takamukai no Osafune, who used the shrine as a resting place during his journey to Korea.
