Yamagata

Located in the city of Kakunodate, Yamagata Prefecture, the Shrine of Godly Vessel (Shintaidō) is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity of a boat or ship. The shrine's architecture is typical of those found in the Edo period, with a large torii gate and a wooden main hall. Cultural notes
