Located in the heart of Osaka, Daibutsu Okumizuka Shrine is a revered Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of agriculture and prosperity, Taira no Kiyomori's ancestral deity Daibutsu (Great Buddha), but more famously known for its association with the legendary bird-like creature Torii, which it enshrines. The shrine complex features a beautiful garden and a traditional wooden torii gate, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Osaka.
