Located in the heart of Yamanashi Prefecture, Sanrinju-sha is a charming Shinto shrine dedicated to various kami, including the powerful and benevolent Ryūjin, god of the sea. The shrine's name, "Three Wheels Shrine," refers to its unique architecture featuring three large stone wheels at its entrance. According to legend, these wheels were said to be the sacred wheels of the mythical chariot of Ryūjin.
