Located in the city of Omi, Shiga Prefecture, Sakyu-miya Shrine is a historic Shinto shrine dedicated to the goddess of fortune and prosperity, Oinagisan. The shrine's architecture reflects the Edo period style, with a five-story pagoda and traditional torii gate. Visitors can explore the serene gardens and grounds, which feature several lakes, ponds, and walking paths. The shrine is also famous for its beautiful cherry blossom trees.

Oinagisan is a kami associated with good fortune and prosperity. The shrine celebrates the Omi Matsuri festival every nine years, which features traditional dances, music, and food stalls. Visitors can also experience the unique custom of 'fishing for coins' in one of the shrine's ponds.
