二所神社 (愛宕八坂神社)

Located in the heart of Japan's agricultural region, Ibaraki Prefecture's Nisshin-machi is home to Ai-Takamatsukuni-no-Mikoto Shrine, dedicated to the Shinto god of agriculture and prosperity, Ai-Takamatsukuni-no-Kami. Dating back to 1851, this shrine honors a regional kami known as Takamatsukuni no Kami, who was believed to have protected the local village from famine.
