智永稲荷神社

Located in the heart of Hitachi Seaside Town, Tsukuya永稲荷神社 is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the rice-giving god of fertility and prosperity, Tsukuyomi. This shrine has a long history dating back to the 17th century and features a beautiful garden with a large stone statue of Tsukuyomi. The shrine's architecture is typical of the Heian period, with a rectangular torii gate and a hall dedicated to the god.
