Cultural notes
Inari Okami is revered for his role as patron of farmers and artisans. During the spring festival, known as Hanami, visitors can participate in traditional dances and games, such as 'Yamaboko' ( mountain wrestling) and 'Ryoba no Jubei' ( cherry blossom-throwing).
