山祗神社

Located in the city of Omi, Shiga Prefecture, Mount Shigenai Shrine is a sacred site dedicated to the kami of the mountains and forests. As one of Japan's oldest shrines, dating back to the Heian period (794-1185 CE), it has played an important role in regional festivals and ceremonies.
