大六天神社

Located in the city of Sambagawa, Chiba Prefecture, Daikaku Tenjin Shrine is dedicated to the deity Susanoo-no-Mikoto and the storm god Raijin's partner, Takemikazuchi. The shrine is famous for its beautiful architecture and tranquil gardens. Built during the 17th century, it showcases a mix of traditional Heian and Kamakura styles. Daikaku Tenjin Shrine is one of Japan's oldest tenjin shrines, revered for its connections to good fortune, education, and prosperity.

Visitor tip
