Located in the city of Okayama, Okayama Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of the forge, Susanoo. According to legend, Susanoo was said to have created the island of Honshu and brought fertility to the land. Visitors can explore the shrine's beautiful gardens, including the famous 'five-story pagoda' and 'san-kyo', which features a stunning 5m-high bronze statue of Susanoo.
