Located in the western part of Hyogo Prefecture, Eight Halls Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god Susanoo-no-Mikoto, who is revered as a patron of fishermen and the sea. The shrine's current structure dates back to 1956, but its historical roots can be traced back to the Edo period. A key architectural feature of the shrine is its distinctive Eight Halls hall, which is believed to symbolize the eight virtues of Buddhism.
