Suenobu Jinja Shrine

Suenobu Jinja Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Katsuragawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, but now in Kinshicho, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture (temporarily relocated during WWII), however it was originally from 能美市. The shrine is dedicated to Suenobu-no-okami, a kami believed to have control over the forest and its creatures. The shrine's architecture reflects the Heian period style, with a main hall constructed in 1715. Visitors can experience the tranquil atmosphere of the shrine's gardens, which feature various types of trees and plants native to the region.
