Located in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Eighteen Hands Shrine is one of the most famous Shinto shrines in Japan, known as a Torii gate with eighteen pillars and a vermilion torii at the entrance. The shrine is dedicated to the god Susanoo-no-Mikoto and is associated with the mythological figure who founded the city of Kobe. Every year on the 18th of April, visitors can experience the beautiful Cherry Blossom Festival.
