浅間大神

Ibaraki

Deeply rooted in Japanese folklore, the Shrine of Amatsukami Okami, or Ama-no-yasuragi, is a Shinto shrine located on the northern island of Hokkaido, not Ibaraki. However, there is another shrine with the name 浅間大神, dedicated to the kami Amaterasu Ōmikami's sacred power and its connection to the sea. The main enshrined deities are the three Amatsukami Okami, or Great Gods of Heaven.
