中島神社

Shizuoka

Located on a small island in Lake Hamana, Middle Island Shrine is a scenic destination that honors the Shinto deity, Hachiman, as well as the sea god, Ningyo no Okami, and the wind spirit, Taka Kagutsuchi. The shrine's unique architecture reflects its seaside location, with traditional buildings situated on either side of the island's narrow road.
