Located in the city of Yokohama, Hamabashi Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of the sea and storms, Ryujin, as well as the god of the wind, Futsunokami. The shrine's current structure dates back to the Meiji period, but it is believed that the site was originally established in the 17th century. Visitors can see traditional torii gates and a large stone statue of Ryujin at the entrance.

According to legend, Futsunokami was said to have blown away a group of bandits who were terrorizing the local village. The shrine's torii gates are believed to be aligned with the direction of the wind, which is why they face east.
