Shimane

Located in the city of Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, the Otorii Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Okuninushi, the god of health, prosperity, and good fortune. The shrine's current structure dates back to the 17th century, with earlier versions destroyed by fires. It is known for its distinctive three-story pagoda-like tower called the otorii.
