吾妻神社

Located in the town of Kuwana, Shizuoka Prefecture, Ago-tsuchi-no-kami Shrine is dedicated to the kami Ago-tsuchi-no-kami. The shrine is famous for its unique architectural style, featuring a wooden torii gate and a distinctive roof shape. According to local legend, Ago-tsuchi-no-kami was a kami who protected travelers on the roads connecting Sagawa and Kuwana. Today, visitors can still see the remains of an old roadbed within the shrine grounds.
